Learn Koine (Biblical) Greek

Koine, meaning Common, Greek was the lingua franca or common tongue of the Eastern Mediterranean. This happened because the conquests of Alexander the Great in the 4th century BC spread Greek Culture throughout the Eastern Mediterranean right through to the western parts of what we call modern India. Without Koine Greek we wouldn't have the Septuagint.
